What we collect

When you make a website enquiry, the form asks for your name, business name, and email address. You can also provide a website URL, phone number, project type, and details about your project. If you select a pricing option or design example before opening the form, that choice is included with your request. We also receive information you choose to send in later emails.

Please do not send passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive information through the form.

How we use it

We use your information to read your request, respond to you, discuss a possible project, and keep records of our conversations. Submitting the form does not add you to a marketing email list. We do not use advertising pixels.

AI website assistant

If you use the AI assistant, the questions you type and recent conversation context are sent to OpenAI to generate a reply. Please do not include passwords, payment information, health details, government IDs, or other sensitive information. AI answers can be mistaken; contact us to confirm project details.

We save completed chat conversations in our private workspace for 30 days so our two-person team can understand visitor questions, improve our service, and follow the context if a visitor later submits an inquiry. The transcript includes the visitor’s questions, the AI replies, language, page, and conversation times. We do not copy the visitor’s IP address into the workspace. Anonymous chats do not become Leads. If you use the separate project form inside the chat, we link its transcript to the Lead created from the details you choose to submit.

Optional website analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website, such as pages viewed, approximate device and browser information, referring websites, and general visit activity. We use this information to improve the website; we do not use it for advertising.

You can choose “Keep private” in the analytics notice shown on the site. If you allow analytics and later change your mind, clear this site's browser data to remove your saved choice.

Services that handle the information

This website is hosted by Vercel, which may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as request and device information. If you use the AI assistant, OpenAI processes your chat questions and Supabase stores conversation context, the 30-day transcript copy visible to our team, and limited usage records. For an inquiry submitted in Spanish, we also send the project message and service description to OpenAI to prepare an English translation for our team. We do not send the separate name, business, email, or phone fields for translation, and we keep the original Spanish message. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics processes website usage information. The contact form sends the information you enter to Formspree, which emails it to us, and to our private Supabase-backed workspace, where we manage the inquiry as a potential client relationship. Our email provider also handles messages we send and receive. These providers may keep information under their own policies and service settings.

We do not sell information submitted through the contact form.

Your display preference

If you choose light or dark mode, we save that choice in your browser’s local storage so it is remembered on your next visit. It is not sent to us or used for advertising or analytics. You can change it with the theme button or remove it by clearing this site’s browser data. Without a saved choice, the site follows your device’s color preference.

How long we keep it

We delete our private workspace copy of an AI chat transcript 30 days after its last message, including when that chat is linked to a Lead. We keep inquiry details and related emails for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or active business relationship, maintain records, or meet legal obligations. We review and remove information when it is no longer needed. Copies held by our providers may follow their own retention settings.

Your choices

You can ask what information you sent us, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we may need to keep. Email igorkorpak@gmail.com with your request. You can also contact us through the form.
